NITCS 4th ANNUAL TEX/MEX FESTIVAL
Come and support the Northern Illinois Tejano Cultural Society (Only Tejano Not-for-profit, 501(c)(3) organization in the Midwest) at this year's Tex/Mex Festival. This festival will help support the NITCS and its scholarship fund.

When: July 18, 2008 - July 19, 2008
Where: 17325 Jericho Road, Hinkley IL
Times: Friday, July 18, 2008 from 5pm - 1am
Saturday, July 19, 2008 from 12:00p.m. - 12:30am (Doors Will Open at 12pm)

Moonwalks, Dunking Tanks, Water Balloon Fights, Piñatas, Clowns, Face Painting, Jalapeno Contest, Volleyball/Softball, Tug-A-War, and much, much more.

Food:

Taco Plates, Bar-B-Que, Tamales, Corn on the Cob, Sno Cones, Ribs/Chicken, Hot Dogs and Hamburgers, and much much more. Call now for your vendor booth. Limited Space Available. Must bring your own electrical supply.

Booths:

Booth Space is available to sell, advertise, and display your products.

Tejano's/Tejana's

The Northern Illinois Tejano Cultural Society is having it's 4th Annual Tejano Festival on July 18 - July 19, 2008. The following is a sponsorship package. We are asking that you print the package out and get us one sponsor even if it is for $100.00. We really need your support this time. We want to continue to provide you with the best Tejano Entertainment in the Midwest but if we are going to do this, we need your help. Please send all donations as soon as possible.

The NITCS is putting on one great Tejano Festival this year and if you are not able to find the one sponsor, then find us 10 people to attend either or both Tejano Festival Dates. This is the time to support and help out. The NITCS is looking for volunteers for both days so if you can volunteer some time, please let us know. Northern Illinois Tejano Cultural Society

Sponsorships are used for advertising/marketing of the Northern Illinois Tejano Culture Society's Tex/Mex Festival and the cost of the festival. The proceeds from the Festival go back into the Scholarship Fund. Every year in the month of October, scholarships are issued to the chosen recipients. With your sponsorship, we will continue to advertise and market your product or services for one entire year with in the NITCS organization - Newsletter, NITCS Events, Website, and commercial plugs at all NITCS events and website. Please forward all logo's, banners, or advertising materials to info@nitcs.org

Please download and fill out the linked sponsorship form and send with check by May 30, 2008. Make sure to make a copy for your records.

Please understand, the NITCS is working on a Festival Budget and needs your contribution in a timely fashion. In the event, your company cannot make the May 30, 2008 deadline, please contact us at 630-788-4181 and let us know when we can expect your sponsorship package.
