Annual Dance 2003
Northern Illinois Tejano Cultural Society Celebrates it's Fifth Annual Dance.
The Northern Illinois Tejano Cultural Society has been around for over five years. The NITCS is a non-profit organization providing youths with scholarships and providing services for those in need. Keeping the cultural alive and well.
This year the membership of the NITCS wanted to try something different. Instead of having a sit down dinner, the membership wanted good Tejano Talent and did the NITCS ever find it with Tejano Sound and Armando E., Chizzme.com, providing the entertainment. The turn out that great but there is always room for improvement. Many non-members attended and had an awesome time. Some of the non-members turned into members.
During the intermission, the NITCS presented plaques to those members who have five years of service with the organization (See Picture). These worthy members deserve the plaque because of their dedication and because of their honor to the organization. Thank you membership for keeping our youths hopes alive. Certification of partication was also given to the membership for those who continue to volunteer their time in assisting with the NITCS's events and functions. Thank you to everyone who assisted in any way.

who gave everyone his one hundred percent. Herman will be missed but never
